DAV is a membership organisation made up of disability advocacy agencies in Victoria. DAV does not provide a service to the public or take complaints from the public.
If you have a complaint, you can contact:
- the relevant agency directly
- the Disability Services Commissioner (state-funded agencies)
- the Complaints Resolution and Referral Service (Commonwealth-funded agencies)
- relevant state and federal ministers.
If you are looking for a disability advocacy service, you can contact one of our members or go to the Disability Advocacy Resource Unit (DARU) website for an extensive list of service providers.
